Introduction

The tester can determine the carrying capacity of fracturing fluid, the settlement rule of various proppant under different flow rate and the relationship between settlement rule of proppant and fracturing fluid behavior and working displacement, and then evaluate proppant and fracturing fluid performance.

In the experiment, the fracturing fluid and proppant mixed by agitator are pumped into standpipe and flow into horizontal section of the tester, then into liquid storage tank for circulation. The experimental fluid are dispersed into waster tank.
