Introduction

The eccentric wear of sucker rod is rising because of well deviation and wellbore configuration during oil field development. Therefore, we developed a new centralizer—JPRS. The external profile of cross section is oval, its larger radius is equal to inside radial of oil tube (Φ62mm or 2⅞"), the cross-sectional area is 2208mm² and open area of oil tube is 810mm², which can meet the demands of production.

Main Features

1. the body of centralizer can rotate freely in the radial direction and adjust the slant angle automatically to guarantee the surface contact between hollows of the body and inside wall of oil tube, and the crossing area between them is 3709mm2. because of changing the lineal contact between circular centralizer and inside wall of oil tube, the pressure is lightened to inside wall of oil tube from the sucker rod and centralizer;
