Introduction

The tester can be controlled automatically and acquire data by computer. Based on weight loss measurement and spectrophotometry, it can obtain the corrosion rate of core wafer/coupon in acidizing fluid with/without corrosion inhibitor under the downhole condition, and the results can evaluate inoxidizability of coupon and corrosion inhibition of inhibitor. In addition, it can measure some dynamic parameters of acidic/rock reaction, including effective transmission factor, acidizing fluid/rock reaction rate, activating energy of reaction, and then establish dynamic equation of different acidizing fluid/rock reaction systems. Thus, it is an important instrument for researching on the basic theory of acid /rock reaction and acid composition.
