Introduction

It is a new tester for researching reservoir protection. Previously, we had to couple container and core holder to finish quiescent damage test, or finish it by dynamic damage tester with shortages of bulky instrument, big mud volume and complex operation sheet. Now, the tester we developed is composed of operating fluid cylinder and holder, which can be heating and pressuring, control the length of core and is easy to fill in working fluid and load/unload core.

Key Technical Parameters

1. operating pressure: 16MPa, 25MPa, 32MPa;
2. operating temperature: ambient temperature～150℃(up to 220℃);
3. core size: Φ 25×30～90mm, Φ 38×30～90mm;
4. volume of working fluid: 250ml;

Application

1. applied to reservoir protection and enhanced recovery experiments;
2. applied to quiescent damage test for drilling and completing.
