Introduction

The tester can evaluate the effect of drilling fluid and quick drilling agent on drilling rate on the basis of experiment. During the simulated drilling process, drilling fluid or quick drilling agent is added when the miniature carbide tipped drill bit of tester moving relative to rock, and then record the drilling time in a certain penetration depth.

1. can determine the effect of different drilling fluid components and quick drilling agent on drilling rate under the same bit weight;
2. can determine the effect of different drilling fluid systems on drilling rate under the same bit weight;
