Introduction

The surface wettability of bits, drilling tool and drilling cuttings would inverses from hydrophilcity to lipophilicity after the additive attaching to their surface. Then it can decrease balling up of a bit and then reduce pump pressure and torsion and raise drilling rate. In addition, the lubricating oil film forms on the surface of borehole wall, drill pipe and drilling tool to prevent balling up, which can ensure unblocked tripping, reduce emergence of complex accidents and improve drilling efficiency.

Usage

It can be added by hopper, and the addition is 0.5%～1.0%.
